All Tidal Home Watch associates wear body cameras for liability. After each visit a report will be generated for the homeowner. Digital photos provided as necessary. Provide details of when we are coming and going, pictures upon request or if there is damage.
Interior Services
may consist of, but are not restricted to:
- Check that the security system is functioning
- Inspect for alarms, unusual noises, and odors
- Check the interior breaker panel for any issues
- Check doors and windows for any signs of damage, leaks, or forced entry
- Look for signs of water intrusion within the home
- Check for leaks around ceilings, toilets, and under sinks
- Run all faucets and flush toilets to ensure proper function
- Look for any pest infestations or animal intrusion
- Check for signs of mold, mildew, insects, or rodents throughout the home
- Monitor and adjust home temperature settings
- Inspect the refrigerator, ice maker, and freezer for proper function
- Operate the garbage disposal
- Inspect the gas range burners to ensure they ignite
- Check HVAC, equipment, and thermostat
- Inspect exposed plumbing for any signs of leaks
- Ensure interior lighting is operating correctly
- Check water heater settings for proper function
- Review water softener settings
- Test the garage door
- Test smoke detectors
- Remove trash and recycling
- Mail Collection (Mail will be placed in residence)
- Report any suspicious activity

- Clear away newspapers, flyers, and other debris
- Check all entry points, including garage doors, for security
- Look for signs of pest infestations or animal intrusion

- Check perimeter walls and fences
- Inspect foundation walls for water accumulation or damage
- Check rain gutters for any signs of damage or malfunction
- Ensure gates are secure and functioning properly
- Assess the condition of the pool and spa
- Ensure pool pump is working
- Inspect the landscape for potential issues with trees, shrubs, or lawn
- Ensure sprinklers are working
- Check that fountains and water features are functioning
- Examine outdoor HVAC units for damage or leaks
- Turn off the water main before leaving the property.
